Tim Vanular’s personal and caring approach with his clientele, extensive knowledge of many areas of law and his reputation as an excellent lawyer together with his friendly, professional manner has resulted in Tim’s law practice being highly regarded in the Durham Region.

Tim has been in private practice for over 25 years and practiced law since 1982.

Prior to private practice, he practiced as Solicitor for General Motors in their International Legal Department and Director of their Real Estate Department specializing in Land Acquisition and Development and Leasing. Prior to General Motors, Tim was a Crown Attorney, as well as a Litigation lawyer with the Municipality of Metropolitan Toronto. Tim has also practiced both family law and criminal law.

Tim has recently conducted Estate and New Home Buyer Seminars and has published many articles in Dream Homes Magazine.
