Notarizations/Commissioning of Documents/Preparation of Statutory Declarations
Two Notaries and four Commissioners are available to help you with your documents.
Notarizations: Notarization is required when a document needs to be sworn as a true copy and it is taken out of the jurisdiction of the Province it was sworn in. Usually a seal is affixed to the document.
Commissioning: Commissioning is required when a document needs to be sworn as a true copy within the Province it is sworn in. For example, transfer of ownership of vehicle.
Statutory Declarations: Prepared, for example, when one parent is giving permission for another parent to take a child out of the country.
